Pharmacy Purchasing SpecialistConsonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Purchasing Specialist to join our team!As the Purchasing Assistant your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Receives and checks in deliveries in a timely mannerRestocks and rotates products on shelvesPurchase inventory and other products based on specific company guidelinesReturns products to wholesalers due to damage or overstockPerforms daily inventory auditsMinimum Qualifications:Active OR State Pharmacy Technician Licensure prior to start of job – we will help you!Strong computer skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsWilling to be cross-trained in other areas (Returns, Packaging, Fulfillment, Delivery)Benefits may include:Paid training & career advancement opportunities$25,000 toward ongoing education benefitGenerous Paid Time Off that pools vacation, sick & holiday pay in a single bucket for flexible useMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceFree access to MDLIVE – allowing access to your health benefits from anywhere401K With Employer MatchEmployee Assistance Program: with free access to counseling & support servicesEEO Statement:"Be here.
