Location: UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO

Department: UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy (Infusion)

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Infusion Pharmacy Technicians play a crucial role in supporting patients who are receiving treatments for cancer and other complex diseases. Working closely with pharmacists, technicians help ensure medications are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently to support high-quality care.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED.

Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT).

Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent.

Preferred:

2 years sterile compounding experience.

Hazardous compounding experience.

Preparation of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile IV medications for infusion therapies

Maintaining medication and supply inventory

Helping coordinate timely medication delivery

Filling of automated dispensing cabinets in patient care areas
