Job description
Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled Learning Lead, Pharmacy Technician to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and pharmacy operations at an assigned site.
This role owns the full training lifecycle — scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance — while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
