TikTok is offering a PhD internship for the General Hire track in the GMPT-Performance Monetization organization. The role is based in San Jose with an internship type and a 2027 start window.
You will contribute to monetization products, work across a variety of ad formats, and participate in an immersive research and hands-on development program. Ideal candidates are pursuing a PhD, have strong ML fundamentals, and are proficient in Go, C/C++, and Python with ML frameworks.
