nJob Description:

nAt Regions, the Philanthropic Solutions (PS) Advisor advises individuals, families and institutions to achieve their charitable mission. The PS Advisor acquires clients, retains and develops relationships and associated revenue for a group of accounts for charitable and non-profit clients.

nPrimary Responsibilities

nnnAdministers and oversees the most complex transactions and client relationships, demonstrating a thorough understanding of client objectives, and identifies and provides alternatives to appropriate stakeholders

n

nnMaintains and strengthens internal and external relationships with existing and new centers-of- influence (COIs)

n

nnProspects and develops internal and external business networks for the purposes of generating new business opportunities, and participating in sales presentations

n

nnDetermines the financial viability and associated risks of client business

n

nnOversees and provides exceptional service for client relationships, including following issues through to resolution, meeting deadlines, and anticipating strategic client needs including future opportunities and risks

n

nnRetains existing client relationships and maintains a focus on prudent revenue growth

n

nnAchieves assigned sales and retention goals

n

nnDemonstrates knowledge of effective sales techniques through understanding client financial goals and objectives and proactively providing Regions based solutions and expertise

n

nnLeads client pre-call planning meetings and participates in sales presentations

n

nnServes as a subject matter expert on charitable and non-profit community issues, opportunities, trends, and may collaborate on white papers

n

nnKeeps abreast of the charitable and non-profit industry which may include local involvement in organizations

n

nnDevelops knowledge and understanding of Regions' products and services in addition to a general understanding of Corporate Banking and Wealth businesses

n

nnPerforms duties in compliance with policies and procedures, all applicable external regulations, and in accordance with Regions' capacity as outlined in governing documents

n

nnConsistently generates new business opportunities

n

nnMay lead projects and/or supervise junior level staff, serving as a leader or mentor

n

n nThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

nThis position is incentive eligible.

nRequirements

nnnBachelor's degree with six (6) years of Trust or related experience, preferably in Endowments, Foundations, or Charitable Giving

n

nnOr High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of Trust or related experience, preferably in Endowments, Foundations, or Charitable Giving

n

n nPreferences

nnnJuris Doctor (JD), however this position will not be authorized to practice law on behalf of Regions Bank

n

nnMaster of Business Administration (MBA)

n

nnAdvanced degree

n

n nSkills and Competencies

nnnAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail

n

nnAdvanced communicator to a diverse group on complicated issues and topics

n

nnAdvanced presentation and sales skills

n

nnAdvanced oral, written, and organizational skills

n

nnAdvanced sales ability and knowledge of effective sales techniques

n

nnProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

n

n nThis position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

nCompensation Details

nPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

nThe target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

n$95,510.25 USD

nMedian:

n$117,470.00 USD

nIncentive Pay Plans:
