The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking an Associate Director, Philanthropy Operations to oversee the operational infrastructure supporting fundraising activities.
In this role, you will manage gift processing and donor data, support budget coordination, and supervise operational staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years in development operations, and strong communication skills.
