Salary Range:PHP 15,455 - PHP 19,874(Non-Negotiable)

Campaign – Cold Calls, Email Marketing, Research
Degree – BBA / MBA graduates or equivalent business degree
Location–100% Work from Home
Time– 6:00 Am - 2:00 Pm (Pacific Time Zone)
What You'll Do?
Research & identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn extensions, ChatGPT, Google, and online platforms
Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies
Initiate cold calls and emails to qualify leads and set meetings
Draft SDR outreach scripts and maintain CRM entries
Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow-up reports
Collaborate with internal teams and support North American BD reps
Requirements
Degree – BBA / MBA graduates or equivalent business degree
Understanding of B2B cold calling / email marketing / Research
Fluent in English communication (written + spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM platforms
Detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven
Comfortable working remotely on Canadian time zone.
Have your own laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for 5 days working a week.
Applicants must have an active Whatsapp Account and App installed.
Performance Expectations:
First Month Daily Expectations – Training, Research, Outreach & Reporting:
·Research 15 target companies and 25–30 leads (Approx. 2.5 hours)
·Send 40–50 outbound emails (Approx. 1.5 hours)
·Make 50 outbound calls (Approx. 1 hour)
·Send LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages (Approx. 1 hour)
·Attend team meetings and training sessions (Approx. 1 hour)
·Complete CRM updates, reporting, and analysis (Approx. 30 minutes)
·Break(30 minutes)
Second Month – All Above + Meetings:
Continue all first-month activities on daily basis
Book and attend qualified prospect meetings
Third Month – All Above + Opportunities:
Continue all previous responsibilities on daily basis
Generate and manage qualified opportunities
