We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout Cincinnati — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.What Your Day Looks Like• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Cincinnati, OH• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnelWhat You Bring• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patientsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and minimum age 21• Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting.• Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!• Excellent customer service and communication skills• The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICEWhat We Offer• Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement• Flexible scheduling and an independent work environment• The stability of the nation's largest long-term-care laboratory• Purpose in every visit — you are how care reaches patients who can't come to us
