Primary responsibilities include: Assisting in determining the suitability of donors. Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality. Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions. Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product. Setting up, disconnecting, and operating the automated plasmapheresis machines.
