Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: M, T, Th: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-6:00pm | W: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-8:00pm | F, Sa: 8:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-2:30pm

As a Phlebotomist, you will serve as the face of the organization for patients seeking laboratory services. Your expertise in specimen collection, patient interaction, and attention to detail will help ensure accurate diagnostic testing while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
Collect high-quality blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Accurately maintain required records, documentation, and patient information
Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Work independently while meeting daily performance expectations and deadlines
What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Keyboard and data entry proficiency
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Ability to meet compliance requirements
