Phlebotomist ILocation: Buffalo, MNDuration: 2+ Months (Possibility of Extension)Shift: Mon to Fri, 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM ESTPay Rate: $24.00/hr. on W2Job Description:The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions.The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures.This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR I ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner.The PSR I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information.Work Experience:A minimum of 6 months of experience is required.One year or more of phlebotomy experience is preferred.Experience in customer service within a retail or service environment is preferred.Keyboard/data entry experience is essential.
