Job description
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $21.60hr - $23.15hr
Requirement/Must Have:
Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Keyboard and data entry experience is required.
Responsibilities: Represent the organization to patients as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following established practices and procedures.
Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients.
Perform blood specimen collection in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and sensitivity to confidentiality.
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
Maintain a safe and professional environment.
Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.
Nice to Have: Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
Skills: Phlebotomy.

Data Entry.
Qualification And Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
