Phlebotomist IPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Jupiter FL 33458. Schedule: 6am-1pm Monday -Friday and every Saturday 7am-11am Eastern time. Job Type: local contract. Contract Length: 3 months to possible extension Pay Range: $19hr - $21.26/hr. Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.Maintain a safe and professional environment.Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.Maintains required records and documentation.Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.Job Requirements:Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent REQUIREDMedical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).Work Experience:Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED.
