Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Pay Rate: $19.85-$21.26 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM and Saturday 6:30 AM-12:30 PM

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
Explain procedures clearly and help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the collection process
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections following established guidelines
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate patient information handling
Promote a safe, professional, and positive environment for patients, clients, and coworkers
Perform daily responsibilities accurately and on time with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Strong customer service and patient interaction skills
Keyboard and data entry experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
Ability to meet compliance requirements
