Phlebotomist IIPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's medical facility, based in Harrisburg PA 17104.This is a 13 week contract role with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Location: Harrisburg PA 17104Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm Every other Saturday 7am-12pm (30hrs/week)Pay Range: $24.51 -26.27/hourThe offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.EducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required.Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of three (3) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.At least two (2) years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is preferred.For workers in the United States, PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
