Shift: 1st Shift / East
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist II to perform safe and accurate blood collection and specimen processing while providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture, pediatric, geriatric, capillary, and specimen collections.
Verify patient information and ensure accurate specimen labeling/documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety and company procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Support multiple locations and flexible staffing needs as required.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of phlebotomy experience required.
Pediatric and geriatric experience required.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Patient Service Center experience preferred.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel/work varied hours.
