Phlebotomist IIPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's medical facility, based in Cumming GA 30041. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Location: Cumming GA 30041Schedule: MON-THUR 7:00am-12:00pm Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-12pm (40hrs/week)Pay Range: $21.70 - $23.25Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.Roles & Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferred.Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferredEqual Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
