Phlebotomist II Opportunity

Location: Lakewood, CO
Pay Rate: $24.50 - $26.25 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do
Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Adhere to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards at all times
Travel to various patient service centers and physician office locations as needed
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong venipuncture and specimen processing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
Keyboard and data entry experience
Medical assistant, paramedic training, or phlebotomy certification preferred
Ability to meet compliance requirements
Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
