Phlebotomist II Opportunity

Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service
Perform specimen collection and processing duties in both clinical and forensic settings
Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment
Complete daily activities accurately and within established timelines
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID-19 and Flu vaccination strongly recommended)
Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
