Phlebotomist II - FloatPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II - Float to support our client's medical facility, located in Coral Springs, FL 33065. This is a 5-month contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Location: Coral Springs, FL 33065Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM, working 8 hours per day, with rotating Saturdays.Pay Range: $22.79–$24.41/hour + $0.72 per mile mileage reimbursement.Roles & Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent REQUIREDWork Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferredPride-Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPride-Health is an equal opportunity employer.
