Local Phlebotomist - LabPride Health is hiring a Local Phlebotomist - Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Florence, KY.Job Details: Schedule: (40 hours per week)Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Wednesday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM (No lunch)Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Rotating weekends: 9:00 AM–1:00 PMLocation: Florence, KYJob Type: Local contractContract Length: 3 months +Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood collections safely and accurately.Collect, handle, label, and prepare clinical and forensic specimens.Provide compassionate care to pediatric, geriatric, and special-needs patients.Verify patient information, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records.Follow HIPAA, safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.Maintain clean, stocked work areas and sanitized equipment.Deliver excellent patient service and maintain professionalism.Float to other Patient Service Centers/IOP locations as needed.Complete required training and maintain current credentials.For workers in the United States, PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.PrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
