Pay Rate: $23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM; Every Other Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
Provide excellent patient care and customer service in a professional healthcare setting
Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong specimen collection and processing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills
Keyboard and data entry experience
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Ability to meet compliance requirements
