Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and commitment to quality help ensure positive patient experiences and reliable laboratory results.What You'll DoPerform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with skill and accuracyCollect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established proceduresVerify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrityMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standardsPerform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing dutiesProvide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for patientsTravel to multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as neededMaintain a safe, organized, and professional work environmentEffectively manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting while working independentlyWhat We're Looking ForA current, up-to-date resumeHigh school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collectionsTwo years of Patient Service Center experience preferredMedical assistant or paramedic training preferredPhlebotomy certification preferredStrong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferredKeyboarding and data entry experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicableFlexibility to support staffing needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as neededAbility to meet compliance requirementsWhat's In It For YouCompetitive pay at $25 per hourOpportunity to work with a respected healthcare organizationGain experience serving diverse patient populationsStrengthen your phlebotomy, specimen processing, and patient care skillsDynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growthPotential pathway to long-term employment opportunitiesBenefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
