Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay Rate: $22.35 - $23.95 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods
Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures
Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper specimen identification
Obtain patient signatures and confirm labeling accuracy following specimen collection
Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Support multiple Patient Service Center and in-office locations as needed
What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills
Patient Service Center experience preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
Keyboard and data entry proficiency
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts based on business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements
Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
