Phlebotomist IIPride Health is currently hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our healthcare client in Woodstock, GA.Location: Woodstock, GA 30189 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PMJob ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality venipuncture and specimen collectionsCollect blood samples from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patientsPrepare and process specimens accurately for laboratory testingVerify patient demographics and specimen labelsExplain procedures to patients and provide a safe, comfortable experienceMaintain accurate records and required documentationFollow all safety, confidentiality, and company policiesWork effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProvide excellent customer service and maintain a professional environmentSupport multiple locations as needed based on business requirementsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of direct phlebotomy experience requiredPediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experienceStrong venipuncture and specimen collection skillsCustomer service experience preferredKeyboard/data entry experience requiredPhlebotomy certification preferredMedical Assistant or Paramedic training preferredMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesImportantCandidates should be within approximately 20–25 minutes of the worksiteHome city and commute time should be included on the resumeMust have reliable personal transportationMust be punctual and available for the assigned scheduleRate is based on direct phlebotomy experience listed on the resumePride Health offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
