Phlebotomist III FloaterPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist III Floater to support our client's medical facility, based in Cumming GA 30041.This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Location: Cumming GA 30041Schedule: EST 8:00-5:00 shifts may vary. (40hrs/week)Pay Range: $23.86 - $25.57Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.EducationA high school diploma or equivalent is required.Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.At least two (2) years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is preferred.For workers in the United States, PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
