Ensures training of both laboratory and non-laboratory staff in specimen procurement techniques.Ensures specimens are collected and handled in a manner consistent with laboratory policies and ensures supplies are available for use.Functions are completed effectively and accurately assuring the department's needs are met in a timely manner.Ensures effective service excellence for a patient outcome that is a positive and caring experience.Minimum Qualifications:Education:A minimum of a High School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement.Work Experience:5 years of experience in a clinical and/or pathology laboratory3 years of pediatric experienceNationally certified in Phlebotomy (i.e. ASPT, AMT, NSP, NHA).Important Notices:***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.Salary Range: Minimum 17.97/hour - Maximum 28.74/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
