Job Summary and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY:
Utilizes Phlebotomy skills and training to perform collection of blood samples to obtain information utilized in diagnosis and evaluation of a patient's medical situations. Fulfills departmental responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision and values of the hospital. Promotes a supportive environment that encourages collegiality.
POSITION QUALIFICATION:
High school graduate or equivalent. On the job training or previous experience. Must be able to exhibit ability to collect samples from every age group.
