Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) – Lab ServicesSea Mar Community Health Centers is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, housing, educational, and cultural services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationSeaMar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handlingConduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentationProcess specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logsMaintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAACommunicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staffQualificationsActive WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist) certification requiredHigh School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)Strong customer service and phlebotomy skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferredMust pass pre-hire competency testSea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $21.30 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – SaturdayHourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:MedicalDentalVisionPrescription coverageLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid Holidays.We also offer 401(k)/Retirement options and an exciting opportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment.
