Are you living your life's work?Summary:Provides direct patient care and performs selected therapeutic interventions and diagnostic procedures under the direction of the Registered Nurse.Responsibilities:Provides safe and efficient direct patient care with consideration for age-specific accommodations.Collaborates with patients, families, and health care team members in order to achieve excellence in patient care.Promotes patient safety through adherence to protocols, policies, procedures, evidence-based guidelines and Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals.Actively participates in and supports departmental and organizational quality initiatives and goals.Maintains clinical competency according to unit-specific standards.We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
