The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team.
In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Schedule: PRN (12-Hour Shift)
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood and other specimenssafely and accurately from patients of all ages
Label, document, and preparespecimens for testing (name, date, time & location)
Complete routine and STAT lab ordercollections in a timely manner
Obtain patient consent whenrequired for procedures
File & deliver laboratoryreports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations
Monitor, replace, and maintainphlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments
Follow all safety, infectioncontrol, and compliance standards
Provide excellent patient serviceand communication
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality patient care
