Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.We're currently seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Department at our Bucyrus, Galion & Ontario locations.Position OverviewUnder supervision of the Laboratory Manager or designee, maintains laboratory equipment as necessary, assists in clerical duties of the department, assists technicians and technologists as needed, and is responsible for phlebotomy procedures and processing of other specimens.QualificationsRequired:Current BLS certification.Adheres to regulatory requirements including all State, Federal and the accrediting body regulations.Preferred:Previous experience working as a Phlebotomist.High School diploma or equivalent.Graduate of a Certified Phlebotomy program.Phlebotomy certification.Why Join the Avita Health System Team?At Avita, we're committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
