Job description
Phlebotomist to join our team in West Nyack, NY Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Phlebotomist performs venipuncture and capillary puncture on adults, neonates, and pediatric patients; collects urine specimens; participates in the instruction of new personnel; works with computer; communicates in a manner that promotes Laboratory professionalism as well as a comfortable phlebotomy. The Phlebotomist processes lab specimens. Schedule: This is a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 am to 6:00pm. Rotating Saturdays (one time per month) between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.Location: 2 Centerock, Road, West Nyack, NY 10994 Primary Responsibilities: What are the reasons to consider working for United Health Group?
