Job description
Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a Test Management (Phlebotomy) Coordinator to bridge phlebotomy operations and IT systems. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end test workflows, ensuring accurate ordering, tracking, and reporting across lab information systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, monitor quality and compliance, and troubleshoot system or data issues. Working in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you’ll support new software enhancements, document procedures, train users, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, technology-focused lab environment.
