Photo Process EngineerCovington, GeorgiaPosition: Product Technology Team, Photo EngineerLocation: Covington, GAJob SummaryDuties/Responsibilities:Manage Lithography and Photo Resist based on the understanding of physics and opticsOwn engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance targetDOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist ConditionParticipate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysisOperate process management based on customer specificationSupport standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineeringPerform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical toolsRequirements:Bachelor or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplinesExperience with module processes such as deposition, lithography, dry etch, plasma drill and thin films and metrologyFamiliar with semiconductor integration processesEffective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are requiredAnalytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSemi-conductor fabrication experience or education is requiredQualification:Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitmentsAbility to learn and pick up new technologies very quicklyHighly motivated, driven & hard workingEducation:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldsExperience:1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but not requiredSalary:$70,000 - $80,000Benefits:401K 6% matching (NO vesting period)Healthcare 100% support (Health, Dental, Vision)Life, STD, LTD 100 % supportCell phone allowancePTO and self-development
