Position Summary
Job Description Summary In your role as a Photo Process Technician you’ll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities
Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.
Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.
Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.
Teamwork and Communication: Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.
Skills and Qualifications
Associates degree or other technical certification.
Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent).
or 4 years equivalent technical Military service
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
Familiar with TPM concepts
Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment.
The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
Night Shifts Include
B Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
D Shift – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
Total Rewards At Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
