Listing Photographer - Washington DC/Northern Virginia Area

nDoorstead is expanding its vendor network and is looking for contracted photographers to complete listing photos on a consistent, recurring basis.
nDoorstead is a full-service property management company dedicated to providing exceptional care for every property we manage. Professional listing photography is one of the first and most important steps in that process, and we take it seriously.
nKey Information:
nnDeliverable: 20–25 high-resolution photos per session
nTurnaround: Photos uploaded to our system within 24 hours of the shoot
nScheduling: We typically book within 48 hours of an owner's request
nNo aerial or 3D tour requirements (though we're open to discussing add-ons)
nVolume: We currently average 3-6 sessions per month, dependent on market, with consistent demand expected
nImmediate payment: Session cost range starting at $140 with escalators based on property size ****
