Job description
A 33-bed rehabilitation hospital in southern New Hampshire is adding a Physiatrist due to a retirement. The Network is Joint Commission-accredited with Specialty Certification in Stroke, Brain Injury, and Amputee Rehabilitation.
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nn Join our dynamic team of physicians, including 8 Internists, 4 PAs, a Psych NP, and 8 Physiatrists.
n Large geographic draw with patients from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
nThe network has 4 rehab hospitals, 22 outpatient centers, and a pelvic health and wellness center.
nAssistive Technology resources such as LiteGait, Bioness H200, L300, BITS, and Therapeutic Pool.
nInpatient Management of General Rehabilitation Patients with the opportunity to develop and grow a specialty program.
nOpportunity for PM&R Consultations at the local hospital.
nLimited outpatient practice with inpatient to outpatient follow-ups and optional participation in spasticity clinics and EMGs.
nWeekend call is usually 1:4 and primarily for new admissions
nOpportunity for additional income for weekend coverage beyond the one weekend per month included in the base salary.
