Job description
We are seeking a PA or NP to assist with hospital rounding in a rehabilitation-focused practice in Southwest Houston . This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and the ability to work collaboratively with the physician while also rounding independently.
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating patients during rounds
Completing documentation and entering orders
Communicating with nursing staff and care teams
Managing routine clinical questions and phone calls
The role typically includes rounding alongside the physician several days per week , with additional independent rounding at affiliated facilities . Providers can increase earnings by taking on additional rounding days.
