Medical Director PM&R Physician - Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: Atlantic City, New JerseySetting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Expected 18-22 patients per day

Compensation & EmploymentEmployment Structure:
Physicians typically employed as W2
Part-time roles may be 1099
Base Salary:
Staff Physicians: $180,000 guaranteed
Medical Directors: $200,000 guaranteed
Productivity Bonus:
After meeting productivity threshold: 70% of billings
Typical Total Earnings:
Average range: $230,000 - $425,000+ with salary + production bonus
