Join a dynamic rehabilitation hospital in beautiful Sandwich, MA, as part of a dedicated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a specialist looking to make a difference in a facility that values patient-centered care. You will enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with weekend on-call rotations every seventh weekend, focusing on admissions and discharges with no procedures required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; weekend call approximately every 7th weekend

Job Responsibilities Manage and coordinate patient admissions and discharges
Collaborate with the facility's team to provide high-quality rehabilitation care
Provide support and guidance during the patient's rehabilitation process
Qualifications Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Must hold an active MA state license or be willing to obtain one
Previous experience: Minimum of 1 year required
DEA license required
Working Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend call approximately every 7th weekend; 4 hours gratis each day
Skills Strong patient management and coordination skills
Excellent communication abilities with both patients and healthcare professionals
Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Epic
