Job description
A nationally recognized rehabilitation organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to serve as Medical Director of an established inpatient rehabilitation program in the Greater Hartford Area.
This is an opportunity to combine active inpatient rehabilitation practice with physician leadership , helping guide clinical quality, patient outcomes, physician engagement, and program growth.
The Medical Director will work closely with executive leadership and a highly experienced interdisciplinary team including nursing, therapy, case management, consulting physicians, and hospital administration.
The ideal candidate is passionate about rehabilitation medicine, enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, and is interested in making a meaningful impact while maintaining an active clinical practice.
