Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Locums Job in Texas Days 10/30/2026 - Ongoing Assignment

October 30 - Ongoing
Friday-Sunday coverage schedule
Shift Details
Days
Approximately 6 shifts per month
Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8am - 12pm
Weekend coverage required as part of the schedule
Possible Monday-Thursday coverage every 2 months when the Medical Director is off
Requirements
Board Certified PM&R
Active Texas license
BLS, ACLS
DEA
Rehab Unit Experience
Clean malpractice/background - Highly Preferred
Assignment Details
Inpatient Rehab Unit
EMR: Epic as of 10/30
2-3 admissions per day
6-12 patients per day depending on admissions
Types of cases: IRF referrals are mainly CVA patients, hip fracture patients, non-traumatic spinal cord compression patients, amputee patients, s/p CABG patients, some debility, and some critical illness myopathy
