Overview
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our established interventional spine practice in San Jose, California.
Position Details
Fully established interventional spine practice with extensive internal referral network
State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
Full-time schedule: 35 patient contact hours per week
Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R
Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus potential
Shareholder eligibility after two years

Salary Range: $279,000 – $310,000 / Year
