We’re looking for a driven individual to join Dr. Mac’s Medical Pain Management and Wellness Center as a Physical Rehabilitation Tech Intern. Healthcare or rehab experience is a plus, but not required — attitude and coachability matter most. If you prove yourself, we will consider you for a full-time position as your skills develop.
nThe Program
nThis is a one-year paid internship and training program that requires 20 hours per week in office and clinical work. The program is structured as follows:
n• First 4 months: $300 per week
n• Upon successful completion of the initial 4-month probation period, you will qualify for a raise based on performance up to $400 per week, for the remainder of the one-year internship.
nWhat You’ll Learn
nOver the course of the program, you’ll rotate through all aspects of a thriving integrated medical and rehabilitation practice:
nClinical & Rehabilitation Operations
n• Rehabilitation technician duties — assisting with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient set-up
n• Patient care coordination and monitoring progress
n• Assisting with photobiomodulation (Red/Near Infrared LED Laser) and spinal decompression therapies
n• Case management fundamentals
nBusiness & Practice Growth
n• Supporting patient retention and relationship-building
n• Health and wellness education for patients
n• Supporting practice expansion and marketing efforts
nOffice & Administrative Support
n• Office administration and clinical systems
n• Team support and coordination
n• Computer proficiency and technology tools
n• Time management and organizational skills

nCompensation
n$300.00 per week (first 4 months) | Up to $400.00 per week (upon successful completion of probation period)
