Job description

Physical Rehab Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) – Make an Impact in San Antonio, Texas

If you're a Physical Therapist who thrives on helping others regain movement, independence, and confidence, this is your chance to grow your career in a role that's both professionally rewarding and personally meaningful. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll join a rehab team that values compassion, collaboration, and individualized care every step of the way.

As part of this team, you'll evaluate patient needs, build personalized treatment plans, and guide therapeutic sessions that help people recover strength, mobility, and quality of life. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, adjust plans as patients progress, and empower individuals and their families through education and ongoing support. It's a dynamic, hands-on role where your work truly makes a difference—and where you're encouraged to keep growing along with your patients.

And it all happens in San Antonio, Texas, a city where heritage and hospitality run deep. Known for its historic missions, vibrant food scene, and iconic river walks, San Antonio blends old-world charm with modern growth in a way that's uniquely Texan. Whether you're exploring cultural festivals, enjoying the local flavors, or simply taking in a sunset along the River Walk, San Antonio offers a lifestyle full of warmth, energy, and pride. It's a place where your career can thrive—and where living well means being part of something bigger than yourself.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent and an active PT license in Texas. Additional certifications are a bonus, but just as important are your communication skills, clinical judgment, and your ability to connect with patients in a meaningful, empowering way.

If you're ready to grow in a city that celebrates culture, care, and community, we'd love to hear from you. Let's move people forward—together.
