In this role Physical Security Officers (PSO's) can expect to be working in demanding and fast paced environments. PSO's may find themselves working in a wide range of areas to include medical centers, government facilities, hospitality venues and public events. The PSO's mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering on high end customer service.Delivering high end customer serviceResponding to emergenciesDeterring and preventing crimePerforming ingress/ egress control proceduresInvestigating incidentsCompleting daily logs and incident reportsConducting regular walking or vehicle patrolsBuilding and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workersDe-escalating conflictsPerforming other related duties as assignedHigh school Diploma or GED equivalentTwo years of face-to-face customer service experienceOne year of security experienceBasic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)Excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient time management skillsReliable transportationExcellent de-escalation skillsProactive problem-solving skillsMust be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirementsThese are physical and mental requirements of the position as it is typically performed.
