Job description

Physical Therapist – 1:1 Care, No Double Booking, Real Work-Life Balance

What if you could treat patients without rushing, overlapping visits, or handing care off to aides?

This is an opportunity to practice physical therapy the way it was meant to be — 40-minute one-on-one sessions, a supportive team, and a schedule that respects your life outside the clinic.

The Opportunity

A physical therapist–owned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a growing PT/OT collaborative team at a newer clinic location in Norfolk, MA. This clinic is being thoughtfully built into a 4-therapist practice and is ideal for a clinician who enjoys helping shape culture, caseload, and community presence.

The team is known for delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions — and for building long-term relationships that drive referrals through word of mouth.

Why Therapists Love This Role

One-on-one care only — no aides, no assistants

40-minute evaluations and treatments

Never double booked

Manageable caseload (56 visits/week)

Collaborative PT + OT environment
