Physical Therapist | 1:1 Outpatient | Not-For-Profit Hospital
Highlights/Benefits
Non-Profit Hospital Outpatient Clinic (PSLF-Eligible)
1:1 Patient Care | 60-minute Evals, 45-minute Treatments
Around 14 patients per day
Caseload: Ortho - sports - neuro - general
Collaborate with experienced clinicians
90-day formal onboarding and mentorship program
$7,000 Sign-On Bonus
Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision; and 4% 401k Retirement Match
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 22 days/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday (1in4 Weekend Rotation)
Full-time, permanent position
About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
