Highlights/Benefits
Willing to mentor someone passionate about Neuro / Vestibular / Balance
Outpatient setting, seeing 1 patient per hour
Qualify for loan forgiveness (PSLF)
$5,000/yr in Student Loan Payments - up to $40,000 total in payments
Work on a large multi-disciplinary team with 20 full-time therapists in a neuro-exclusive clinic in Central Texas
Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)
Medical, Dental & Life Insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4.5 weeks
5% Retirement Match
Full-time permanent position
About the Position:
Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
TX Licensed or the ability to obtain one
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
Collaborative, team-building personality style
Servant leader mindset
